I was invited via Liam Sharp to pitch for the design of the logo for Testament, a new ongoing comic book series published by DC Comics under the Vertigo imprint. The series' main concept is "What if the bible where happening right now?", and the story draws parallels between the past and the near future. As such, the logo needed to reflect both "the old world" and the future. I did extensive research in Torah/Hebrew scripture and caligraphy to design a contemporary logo hinting at scripture. In the end though, DC Comics opted to go with an in-house designed logo.
